Emergent Men’s Circle: Full Wolf Moon, Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony

January 15 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The Experience

The Emergent Men invite all who identify as male to share, grow & heal at this transformative event on January 15th 2022. Held at The Wild Box in Bedminster, Bristol we have an afternoon of internal reflection and enjoyment prepared.

The intention this month is to uncover a deeper relationship to self. This is both as an individual and as part of a group dynamic. Working under the approaching full wolf moon (17th) the process will involve breath work, a cacao ceremony and a sharing circle. The energy of the wolf moon invites us to communicate openly, speaking the truth from the heart whilst having clear boundaries.

Boundary setting is an important exercise in self-development and in life. In this experience, you will explore your boundaries, how to manage them, uphold them and how to peacefully find resolve when they are crossed. By sitting in a sacred space you are free to be who you are in a place that is welcoming, witnessing and free from judgement. This way you will have additional tools in the toolkit to meet 2022 head-on, heart first and grounded in strong intention.

Using the sacred medicine of cacao – a powerful heart opener and warming elixir to share in the community during the depths of winter. We will drop into deep states of meditation and breathwork also be working with a series of the divine masculine and men’s work practices. You will have the opportunity to get what you need off your chest and truly be listened to.

The plant medicine of Cacao has been known to have powerful and healing properties. The invitation is to be mindful of your plans before and after the ceremony as you may require time to process and integrate the experience.

Join us on Saturday, January 15th from 3 pm – 6 pm for the first Emergent Men’s circle of 2022 and become part of the tribe.

This will be a 3-hour event at max; we have allowed time for transition between practices so we can take our time.

A Space: £20 – The invitation is for you to book your place to support this workaround creating a safe space for men’s mental health and wellbeing

If you are financially strapped at the moment, we invite you to get in touch and we can offer you a concession ticket at £15 to ensure you can be with us.

There is very limited capacity for this event, so please ensure you purchase your ticket as soon as possible to secure your place. Once you have your purchase confirmed, we will get in touch to let you know what you need to bring to the event.
