Family constellations is a group-based therapy designed to reveal the hidden dynamics within a family or relationship. This helps to address any stressors that are impacting the relationship and to support healing.

This is done by using other members of the group to ‘represent’ the people from your family system, so you can clearly see the dynamics which are present.

Everyone who takes part in the workshops usually takes away some profound insights, whether it is the person bringing their family issue or the other members of the group.

Are you interested in how inter-generational trauma may be affecting you?

Would you like to be guided towards shifting deep ancestral traumas which have been past down over the ages?

Would you like to have a unique insight into the human experience and support the healing of yourself and others?

If so, then this workshop may be for you!

This workshop will be held by Marilene Metzler, who has been a student and practitioner of family constellation for around 15 years. She has a true passion for the work and is excellent at holding the space. She draws on her intuition and deep pool of experience to guide the work in a way which can bring about an inner shift and a lasting impact. See below for more information on her work.
