Reiki Level 1 Course

This 2 day course will give you an introduction to the philosophy, history, and theory of Reiki. The course includes 4 Reiki attunements and many practical exercises to boost your confidence.
At the end of the course you will feel the flow of Reiki and be able to give treatments to family and friends, as well as using it for self-healing and personal development.
Lucy Barnfather is a qualified Reiki Master with full Reiki Lineage in both traditional and Western styles.
This course is limited to a maximum of 12 places.
