• Please do not come to the studio if you are unwell or if you have potentially been exposed to Covid-19.
  • On arrival at the studio all students must scan the NHS track & trace QR code at reception and enter the relevant details.
  • A face covering must be worn inside at all times, with the exception that they can be removed when you are on your yoga mat & practicing.
  • Please sanitise your hands when you enter the building, before you practice and again before you leave.
  • If possible please come dressed ready to practice and bring your own mat.
  • Social distancing rules within the building must be adhered to and personal hygiene is your responsibility.
  • If necessary The Wild Box team have the right to request that you to comply with any of our Covid-19 rules whilst inside the building and if you are not compliant you may be asked to leave the studio and/or refused entry to class.


  • The Wild Box reserves the right to alter and amend our timetable at any time.
  • Students will not be allowed to enter the class once it has started (excluding Mum Baby and Pregnancy Yoga).
  • If you have booked a place but have not arrived 10 minutes before the start time, we reserve the right to give your place to someone else on the waiting list and you will loose your credit.
  • We cannot offer refunds if you are late.
  • Waitlist – if a class is full there is waitlist available exclusively for bookings directly via our website. In order to secure your spot on the waitlist payment for the class must be made. In the instance that you are not able to join the class, payment will appear on your account as credit.


  • Single sessions are valid for use up to 1 year after purchase.
  • 5/10 Class packs are valid for 3/6 months from the date they are first used.
  • All passes and memberships are to be used by the purchaser only, they are non transferable and cannot be shared. However we sell vouchers to give away in your name or the person you want to give it to.
  • All passes and credits are valid for classes only.
  • All passes and credits are non transferable, non refundable and cannot be extended.
  • Single class, class pass and membership credits do not grant access to community classes.


  • Student and NHS 10% discount is applicable on monthly memberships, single class, 5/10 class passes and extended classes ONLY
  • For student discount a copy of your valid student ID / proof of enrolment must be provided
  • For NHS discount proof of employment must be provided
  • Updated copies of the above must be provided on request if deemed necessary (ie expiration dates are coming to an end)
  • Discounts are for personal use only and cannot be used for friends/family or third parties.
  • We reserve the right to terminate discount privileges if the discount is misused or your enrolment/ employment comes to an end.



  • Unlimited access to classes except community class. No time restrictions


  • Memberships are valid for classes only, except community class.
  • Memberships require an automatic payment to be set up through TeamUP, which will take the payment from your stored card monthly.
  • All memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment, thereafter you can cancel your membership with 1 month notice. Refer to cancellation policy below.
  • Your membership will renew via direct debit on the same date every month.
  • Memberships cannot be shared, and are non-transferable or refundable.
  • The Wild Box reserves the right to change or end any monthly subscription and will provide customers with at least 1 months notice of any cancellation or alteration.


  • As a member you shall agree to a monthly charge as outlined in the membership pricing option. This charge will be applied at the time of purchase and is effective for a minimum of 3 months from the selected start date.
  • Cancellation: After 3 months the membership can be cancelled with 1 months notice, should you cancel in-between payments, the subsequent payment will be the last one.There are no refunds of memberships that have been paid but not used.
  • Freezing/suspending: After 3 months the membership can be frozen. This requires a minimum 1 week notice before your next payment. Memberships can only be frozen in line with your direct debit schedule. Maximum freeze time is 3 months.
  • The Wild Box reserves the right to change or end any monthly subscription and will provide customers with at least 1 months notice of any cancellation or alteration.



  • 8 hours or more before the start of the class: 100% refund
  • Up to 8 hours until the start of the class: 0% refund will be given


  • 24 hours or more before the start of the workshop: 100% refund, minus the deposit if a deposit has been taken
  • Up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop: 0% refund will be given, and the deposit can’t be used for other retreats or trainings
  • If the workshop is being held by an external/guest teacher then please refer to their terms and conditions and we hold no responsibility for your booking.

Please Note: Deposits can’t be used for other retreats or trainings.


Workshops and courses will only run if bookings reach our minimum number, (this will differ for every workshop) we will inform you in advance if we need to amend or cancel a workshop for this reason. If Wild Wolf’s studio cancels a workshop or makes a change to a scheduled workshop which means you can no longer attend then you will be entitled to a transfer or a full refund.


Community classes are pay as you feel from a selection of options and must be purchased as such and are aimed at those you cannot comfortably afford our regular pricing. Single class, 5/10 class passes and Members cannot book community class with their credits.

The Wild Box reserves the right to reasonably change or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, and will always protect the privacy of your data in line with the law.

To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to our website and collects your username and password if you wish to login.

They include, but are not limited to, MindBody Online and Paysafe (Netbanx). Further information on these companies can be found on their websites or supplied by us upon request.
